Information

Once all information is collected, please send it to our office in one of the following
ways:
1. Upload to ShareFile (see clickable link in below section). If you do not have access to your ShareFile account and need help, please email info@elevate-fs.com for instructions and help. If you would like a fillable pdf organizer sent to you, please email info@elevate-fs.com.
2. Secure drop box located near the West entrance of the building. If you're looking from the road, this is the right side of the building. If you see a bank of mailboxes, you're on the wrong side. This drop box will be available 24/7.
