Craig M. Yager, CPA

Managing Member

Craig has a diverse background in the corporate and public accounting worlds. After graduating with his accounting degree from Winona State University and ending his collegiate baseball career he went on to earn his CPA designation. Over his 3+ decade career Craig has built a reputation for his analytical skills and his ability to navigate complex financial/business landscapes. Craig believes in building strong, trusting relationships with his clients. He is committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and goals, providing guidance that is both practical and strategic. Craig is committed to empowering clients through strategic insights and actionable solutions. He believes in a proactive approach to business that drives growth and maximizes potential.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Craig is passionate about his family including Ruby the family pup. He also enjoys the outdoors as much as possible including hiking, biking, kayaking, and golfing.

Mike Fredricks, QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Managing Member

Mike is an Accountant and QuickBooks Pro Advisor specializing in QuickBooks Online and Consulting. Mike works closely with business owners to understand their company needs and create an accounting process that best fits them. He loves to continue his education to ensure we stay on top of the ever changing technology for accounting systems in order to make sure our clients are working as efficiently as possible.

Out of the office Mike is a husband, father, and avid sports fan. He enjoys playing and watching just about any sport, especially with his three boys. During downtime, Mike loves catching up on current events, reading, and learning new things.

Ashley Fredricks, CPA/PFS

Principal

Ashley earned her Master of Science in Professional Accounting, with a concentration in Tax, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Ashley not only has over twenty-two years of public accounting experience, she also has experience working in the private sector of accounting, which gives her knowledge of business internal operations.

Ashley focuses on assisting clients in identifying opportunities for tax savings, optimizing their financial structures, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations. Ashley’s approach to tax planning is rooted in building strong client relationships and understanding their unique financial objectives.

Ashley is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and WICPA (Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and concentrates on continuing her professional education each year to stay ahead of new laws and practices.

Out of the office, Ashley is a wife, mother to three boys, and an animal and coffee enthusiast. In her free time, she enjoys watching her boys’ sporting events. She also enjoys the outdoors and hiking.

Alison Bondar, MPA

Principal

Alison studied accounting at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater where she earned her Master of Professional Accountancy degree. Upon graduating, Alison began her career in public accounting on the audit side, where she worked with a variety of different business types. Alison transitioned into the private sector for several years before deciding to make the switch back to public with Elevate. During her years in private, Alison became well versed in QuickBooks Online, Avalara, Salesforce and other key business programs. She specializes in creating policies and procedures while ensuring sound business practices and efficiencies.

In her spare time, Alison enjoys playing with her two young daughters and helping her husband with various home projects. Being a former college athlete, she also has a competitive spirit and loves watching basketball, volleyball and football. You can catch her and the family camping and having bonfires throughout the summer and ice fishing in the winter.

Jane Flammang, MBA

Staff Accountant

Jane joined the team in 2020. She is a Staff Accountant with her QuickBooks Online Certification. She enjoys working with clients on their bookkeeping and tax needs.

Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family, gardening and yard work, and attending her daughter’s extracurricular activities.

Trenton Nickel, MBA

Staff Accountant

Trenton joined the Elevate team at the start of 2024 as a Staff Accountant. He comes with a variety of experience within public accounting, the private sector and helping a nonprofit organization. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Lakeland University in 2021 and Masters of Business Administration from Carroll University in 2023. He enjoys helping small business clients in both Quickbooks and tax preparation.

Outside of the office, Trenton enjoys playing basketball, baseball, volleyball, golf, and completing the occasional run. He's also an avid traveler and currently on a quest to see every MLB stadium
