Mike Fredricks, QuickBooks ProAdvisor
Managing Member
Mike is an Accountant and QuickBooks Pro Advisor specializing in QuickBooks Online and Consulting. Mike works closely with business owners to understand their company needs and create an accounting process that best fits them. He loves to continue his education to ensure we stay on top of the ever-changing technology for accounting systems in order to make sure our clients are working as efficiently as possible.
Out of the office, Mike is a husband, father, and avid sports fan. He enjoys playing and watching just about any sport, especially with his three boys. During downtime, Mike loves catching up on current events, reading, and learning new things.
Ashley Fredricks, CPA/PFS
Principal
Ashley earned her Master of Science in Professional Accounting, with a concentration in Tax, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Ashley not only has over twenty-two years of public accounting experience, she also has experience working in the private sector of accounting, which gives her knowledge of business internal operations.
Ashley focuses on assisting clients in identifying opportunities for tax savings, optimizing their financial structures, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations. Ashley’s approach to tax planning is rooted in building strong client relationships and understanding their unique financial objectives.
Ashley is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and WICPA (Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and concentrates on continuing her professional education each year to stay ahead of new laws and practices.
Out of the office, Ashley is a wife, mother to three boys, and an animal and coffee enthusiast. In her free time, she enjoys watching her boys’ sporting events. She also enjoys the outdoors and hiking.
Jane Flammang, MBA
Staff Accountant
Jane joined the team in 2020. She is a Staff Accountant with her QuickBooks Online Certification. She enjoys working with clients on their bookkeeping and tax needs.
Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family, gardening and yard work, and attending her daughter’s extracurricular activities.

Chelsea studied at Carroll University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree. She has a variety of experience, ranging from public accounting as an auditor to the private sector as a cost accountant.
Outside of the office, Chelsea loves spending time with her two young kids. She also enjoys spending her summers in the garden and her winters reading.
